My photo weavings extend this inquiry formally and conceptually. By cutting, interlacing, and reassembling images, I enact a manual fusion that disrupts the singular photographic frame. The resulting abstractions prompt questions: Why are these images paired? What new meanings emerge through fragmentation and convergence? This physical intervention challenges Western photographic conventions and destabilizes assumptions of fixed narratives.
